Dr. Evangelos Rossopoulos is a prosthodontist, a dentist with advanced training in the restoration and replacement of teeth. Dr. Rossopoulos has over 30 years of experience in the restorative phase of implant dentistry. Dr. Rossopoulos has been involved with the restoration of dental implants since their introduction to the U.S. in the early 1980s. He has restored thousands of teeth with implants and is familiar with most of the implant systems available. Many of his colleagues consult with him and refer their implant patients to him for treatment. He frequently lectures and provides hands-on courses on this subject.
All dental implant restorative procedures are offered through our office. Those include:
Single-implant crown: This is a custom-milled personalized crown to replace a missing tooth without damaging the neighboring teeth.
Multiple-implant crowns: For those who are missing several teeth, multiple implant crowns are indicated. Multiple implant crowns give the luxury of the ability to floss and better dental hygiene when compared to a fixed bridge.
Implant-supported bridge: This fixed bridge can replace from three to all of the missing teeth with strategically placed dental implants.
“All on 4”: With this technique, all of the upper or all of the lower teeth will be replaced with a specially fabricated fixed prosthesis using only four implants on each arch, avoiding bone grafting.
Implant clip-on dentures or partials: With the use of as few as two implants, these removable dentures “clip on” with special attachments, stabilizing the dentures without the use of adhesives. This technique helps to prevent further bone loss.
