I enjoy getting to know my patients. Good oral health habits affect the whole body. Educating parents, adolescents and kids on the various ways to take care of their teeth is one of my passions.”
Dr. Oariona Lowe is known for her patience and compassion. She is a board-certified dentist for kids who treats children from age 1 through adulthood. Dr. Lowe also sees many patients with special needs. She offers in-office IV sedation and hospital dentistry for patients who need specialized care.
Dr. Lowe is on the faculty of Loma Linda University and UCLA School of Dentistry.

Dr. Evangelos Rossopoulos has been practicing dentistry since 1980. He is dedicated to the highest standard of care in the restoration and replacement of teeth. “Dr. Ross,” as his patients call him, is a prosthodontist, specializing in complete and partial dentures, dental implants, crowns for teeth, dental bridges and complex care management. Dr. Ross also treats the special needs of geriatric patients, along with snoring and sleep disorders. He also offers IV sedation and hospital dentistry to patients as needed. Dr. Ross instructs other dentists and dental professionals with hands-on dental courses on the new developments in dentistry.

Raj Swamidass DDS, MSD, FACP
Dr. Raj Swamidass was born and raised in Michigan where he also attended college at Andrews University and received a degree in Biology. He then made the move to California where he attended Loma Linda University for dental school. During dental school Dr. Raj enjoyed treating patient’s functional and esthetic needs and decided to pursue dual-specialty after finishing dental school.
Dr. Swamidass began a dual-specialty program in prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He also completed a Masters of Science (MSD) in Prosthodontics for research that was supported by a grant given by one of the top implant manufacturers. Dr. Swamidass has also co-authored publications in topics that include: implant dentistry, CAD/CAM Milled Dentures, 3D Printing, digital workflows in implant dentistry, and removable prosthodontics.
Dr. Swamidass is one of the few practitioners who has advanced training in complex rehabilitations as well as implant surgery and is board-certified. His training gives him the ability to comprehensively look at a patient’s oral condition and develop a person specific treatment plan. He lectures to other practitioners at schools, study clubs, and continuing education courses on various topics in prosthodontics and implant dentistry. He is also a part-time faculty at Loma Linda University.

Brian Ly, DDS
Dr. Brian Ly grew up in California where he developed an interest in the dental profession because of the gentle care and relationship of his family dentist and orthodontist. He attended the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles where he completed his Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, Masters in Public Health and Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
Dr. Ly furthered his education by completing a post-Doctorate residency at UCLA Advanced Education in General Dentistry in Venice. This year long program allowed him to focus on implants, cosmetics, endodontics, and full mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Ly does his best to stay updated with the latest advancement in dentistry through continuing education courses so he can provide relevant and appropriate treatment options for his patients. He is an active member in the Academy of General Dentistry, the Orange County Dental Society, the California Dental Association, the American Dental Education Association, and the American Dental Association.
When he isn’t doing dentistry, Dr. Ly enjoys being a foodie and exploring different kinds of cuisine, workout, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
Kira Lee, DDS
Dr. Kira Lee was born and raised in Southern California. She then moved to Northern California to attend University of the Pacific as a pre-dental major. After her second year of college, she was admitted to Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and graduated with honors. Dr. Kira grew her passion for working with children in the pediatric dental clinic as well as through her volunteer work with Give Kids A Smile and Special Olympics which led her to pursue a specialty in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Kira completed her two year specialty program through NYU Langone Medical Center in Oahu, Hawaii. During her program, she gained experience in treating children with special healthcare needs in both the hospital and clinic setting. Her favorite part about being a
pediatric dentist is being able to build relationships with her patients and their families. She is a strong believer that positive experiences at the dentist at a young age sets the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Kira enjoys traveling, playing tennis and going to the beach.

Aneri Gandhi, DDS
Dr. Aneri Gandhi is originally from Southern California. She grew up in Cerritos, CA and went to college at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Following her undergraduate education, Dr. Gandhi completed a one year commitment with Americorps in South Los Angeles. After working hard teaching children every day, she went on to complete her dental degree at the University of Southern California. At USC, Dr. Gandhi solidified her desire to work with children and applied to pediatric dental residency programs. She then moved to New York City and completed a 2 year residency training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein. There, she learned the skills and techniques necessary to treat children of all ages, including those with special needs. She is now a board certified pediatric dentist.
Dr. Gandhi has been so happy being in sunny southern California. She now lives in Pasadena with her husband, and on her free time, she loves exploring what the area has to offer, including hiking, taking walks around different neighborhoods, and trying new restaurants.

David Lee, DDS
Dr. David Lee was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He received his B.S in Health Sciences from University of Miami in 2011. During his undergraduate years, David enjoyed playing club sports (lacrosse and golf), embracing the “U” swagger, and volunteering at Miami Children’s hospital. He was first exposed to pediatric dentistry on a mission trip serving the underprivileged communities of Costa Rica and Panama.
Since undergrad, he has received his M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Tufts University, worked for Americorps, and received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Class President. Upon graduation of dental school, he completed his General Practice Residency with UCSF where he continued his development as a dental/health provider and where his passion for pediatric dentistry continued to grow.
Dr. David completed his three year specialty program through the University of California – San Francisco, where he was able to build his foundation as a provider and gain confidence in all aspects of Pediatric Dentistry. He was honored to serve as the Chief Resident his final year of residency and hopes to implement all that he has learned into the care of all his patients
When he is not in the office, Dr. David enjoys spending time with his fiance, cooking dinner for family and friends, finding new restaurants, traveling, playing sports, or on a run with his dog, Cooper.

Dr. Susan Bae
Dr. Susan Bae is a lifelong Angelino and Bruin. At UCLA, Dr. Bae earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, Master of Science in Oral Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees, all with honors and distinctions. She culminated her time at UCLA with specialty training in orthodontics.
Dr. Bae is a Board-Certified orthodontist and is dedicated to delivering personalized and compassionate care for each of her orthodontic patients. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with her patients and colleagues and is honored to have the privilege of delivering healthy smiles to her patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Bae enjoys hiking and traveling.
Dr. Kenneth Glen
Dr. Glen grew up on the East Coast, splitting time between South Carolina and Georgia and then moved to California in 2018 to attend UCLA School of Dentistry. He then completed a General Practice Residency Program in 2023 with a focus on patients with special needs and significant medical conditions.
Dr. Glen’s main focus is oral health, and that’s important, but he truly cares about the general well-being of his patients. Therefore, he hopes he can provide gentle encouragement for his patients to have routine visits to their Primary Care provider to maintain their overall quality of life as well.
